MUJI Canada accepts returns of unwashed and unused merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached and a valid receipt is provided for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached and fall within the 30-day return window from the date of purchase.

  Gather Documentation

  Locate your original receipt or tax invoice and, if returning by mail, print the return authorization form sent to your email.

  Choose Return Method

  Visit any MUJI Canada retail location for an immediate refund, or package your items securely to ship them back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
