What is your return policy?
Unused and unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like innerwear and food products are final sale.
Can I return an online order to a physical MUJI store?
Currently, items purchased through our Canadian online store must be returned via mail to our warehouse and cannot be processed at physical retail locations.
Do you offer international shipping?
The MUJI Canada online store currently only ships to addresses within Canada. For international orders, please visit the MUJI website corresponding to your specific country.
